Jay Carroll
On Sunday, February 3, Jay Carroll was commissioned into service at RUCC as Minister of Youth and Young Adults. jay is a graduate of Highland High School. He has his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Grove City College in Christian Thought and is currently a full-time Master of Divinity student at Ashland Theological Seminary. jay is a student In-care with the Reformed Church of America. He will be increasing his responsibilities as we grow together in Christian ministry and as time permits around his academic training.
